WebLight Freelance Web Design and eMarketing is owned and operated by Brent Trethewey based in Gisborne, New Zealand – First city in the world to see the sun each day!

It is a continuation a career of over 30 years involved with Gisborne businesses that has seen a number of successful years as a professional in Sales & Marketing - nearly 15 - particularly in the Telecommunications arena, Advertising (local radio), and in the Finance Industry.

Since 2003 I have continued in Marketing via the internet industry developing websites and business media for clients here in Gisborne and throughout New Zealand. Always looking for a challenge, and to keep up with the fast paced industry, I’ve constantly been training myself to keep up with and utilise the latest techniques and design trends all the while adhering to web design standards in an effort to better my web craftsmanship.
