The whole process has been most pleasurable with very few problems arising and being completed well within the time frame that we originally set. More importantly the site creation has been achieved at a very reasonable and affordable cost to our business.

I was particularly impressed by the skill and expertise which you displayed in getting our ‘stage one’ site up and running within just a few weeks of our original meeting. The ‘stage two’ construction which followed was also completed with the same degree of care and professionalism and I was really pleased that the minor alterations and ‘tweaking’ that I asked for as we went along were incorporated almost instantaneously.

The results of your efforts have had a huge impact on our business. No longer are we spending unproductive time filling in application forms with prospective tenants or explaining the fine print of our appointment forms. All are now freely accessible on our Web site where approximately half of our tenant applications are now completed on-line and approximately a third of our ‘Appointments to Manage and Let’ are being done on PDF download files.

In addition to the website creation I also wish to thank you for your assistance in setting up various aspects of our office computer system. The anti-virus protection, emailing, Winfax, and networking systems now give us a high degree of security plus ease of use which makes the day to day use of our computers an enjoyable experience. I am particularly impressed by now having the ability to log on and control my work computer from my home computer. I can now complete unfinished work in the evenings from the comfort of my home.

I would most certainly recommend your services to any small business that is considering establishing itself on the Web or needing assistance in setting up a viable office computer system. I am quite happy for you to use this letter for further reference purposes.
